Josephine Morales founded E*Clips Hair Studio in 1988. A master colorist, she was trained in Seattle and London. She has worked as an invited platform artist at numerous shows around North America and Europe.
Josephine has mastered, as a client noted, the art of "giving someone the hair they've always wanted so they don't have to think about it; she thinks about your hair for you." She specializes in working with difficult-to-handle hair, whether curly, fine, or wavy.
